Carry On Luggage

Flight back very uneventful.We order a wheelchair on 
Toronto arrival and they whisk us right through. We 
had about 11/2 hr. wait for flight to NB. just time to 
grab a($12.00)sandwich and some bottled water. We 
split the sandwich as it was huge. 

Jean's Civic started first crack the little electronic 
chargers do a good job over the winter.NB roads are in 
a mess. full of pot holes, generally NB roads are in 
poor shape compared to Florida. Filled the Civic with 
gas yesterdayat $1.25 a liter. They are threatening a 
jump to over a $1.50 a liter.

We have only one carry on luggage each,but noticed
a plea from AirC for people to bulkhead store their 
carry ons. I would think for free.Not enough space in 
the overheads. 
Noticed one negro lady struggling with 3/4 carry bags. 
Why did they let her carry on all that stuff. People 
don't like paying extra. It was quite a sight seeing her 
struggling down the planes narrow corridor banging 
into people along the way. Did any of the hired help 
give her a hand -NO. Airlines have created their own 
Frankenstein, they will have to live with it.

Ontario Fiscal Mess

Ontario is in a moral and financial mess. It is also very apparent this province is greatly polarized between rural and urban voters. Rural voters are still smarting from the Green Energy Act saw wind turbines foisted on unwilling communities. Budget promises a made-in-Ontario pension plan that will bring in a payroll tax of almost $ 1,000 a year for corporations that will hurt.This province will almost certainly see a credit downgrade within days of a Liberal Budget passing. We've already seen credit watches and warnings. Our debt is almost $300 billion and there's no credible plan to balance the books. Conservatives told voters by  down sizing the civil service and implement a pay freeze for two years.This is the way to go. Message fell on deaf ears.Ontario voters have no appetite to do what it to needs to do to get this province on the right financial track. Liberal government will keep everyone on staff, won't freeze wages and still balance the books....
