Our Florida home badly needed new rugs or flooring. We choose the latter. Louie S. installed it. Took him 4 days as there were lots of laminate to install. With a couple of area rugs to finish off the floor area, we think it looks pretty good.

Water Oak renovations to the Main Clubhouse, Restaurant, are completed except for the tennis courts, parking areas, and some landscaping. Word is that Management spent over a million dollars on this remake. Next on the agenda is the Satellite Clubhouse also due for a make over  in the near future. .
